Econia is being built in the fastest developing and growing business district in the metropolitan area, Aviapolis in Vantaa. Traffic runs smoothly in the district, and public transport covers the whole metropolitan area.
 
Econia is well located when considering domestic and international connections: ground, air and water transport are available. The location next to the Ring III-road enables fast connections to the Finnish road network - all the way to St. Petersburg along the E18 . The Helsinki-Vantaa Airport is only a few minutes away and the centre of Helsinki can be reached in about twenty minutes. When the Vuosaari Harbour begins operation in 2008, waterways will become available. The logistic significance of the area will increase even more, when the Ring Rail Line is completed.
